Its advanced technique allows to assemble all the molding profiles. This machine is suitable for both series and custom frames, as it has an easy and quick-change molding clamping system.
The front adjustment jaw positions and presses the moldings on the support bracket. This square is easily adjustable and with the possibility of being able to make square, hexagonal and octagonal frames.

Description

The staples penetrate by pushing each other upwards, allowing the assembly of moldings with large dimensions. The front lock is activated by the foot control.
It is supplied together with various types of magnetic caps, a double control pedal, a front blocking device, a pneumatic opening of the staple magazine, swinging and adjustable brackets and heads for inserting staples at different heights.
The machine incorporates staple outlets of 7, 10 and 15 mm and the maximum distance between staples is 120 mm.
