IMPROVED M-4 PNEUMATIC ASSEMBLER

Pneumatic assembly machine for frame assembly. Its advanced technique allows to assemble all the molding profiles (samba, ramín, etc.) with great speed and ease. This machine is suitable for both series and custom frames, as it has an easy and quick-change molding clamping system.
The front adjustment jaw positions and presses the moldings on the support bracket. Small frames can be assembled without the need to use glue.
The staples penetrate by pushing each other upwards, allowing the assembly of moldings with large unevenness. Staple ejection system mounted on a mobile cart. The front lock is activated by the foot control.
